West Shore Home in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Lead Shower & Bath Installer to join our team. You will perform safe installations, follow SOPs and PPE protocols, and deliver a 5-star experience for customers.

The role requires hands-on remodeling experience or a strong willingness to learn, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Expect early start times, daily travel, and ample opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
