West Shore Home in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Shower & Bath Installer to join our field team. You will load materials, travel to customer homes, demo existing fixtures, install new tubs or wall surrounds, and update plumbing as needed while maintaining a clean work area.

The role starts at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with a focus on delivering a 5-star customer experience. Candidates should have hands-on remodeling or construction experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working in customers' homes.

Aufgaben

• Load materials and equipment from the warehouse by 6:30 AM.
• Travel to customers' homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or surround; update plumbing as needed.
• Clean work area thoroughly and protect the customer's home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
