Job summary

West Shore Home in Denver, CO is seeking a Lead Shower and Bath Installer to perform safe, high-quality bathroom remodel installations and lead on-site teams.

You will load materials, travel to homes, install tubs and surrounds, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding SOPs. A 6:30 AM start and Monday–Friday schedule are standard, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install the new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and show care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
