Job summary

Alta Equipment's Scarborough, ME location is seeking a Construction Equipment Shop Foreman to diagnose, repair, and prepare heavy equipment while mentoring shop technicians. You will oversee QC inspections, tooling, and inventory, and work with management to maximize shop productivity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair construction equipment, including excavators, skid steers, loaders, and pavers.
• Provide training and mentorship to technicians to promote safe, high-quality workmanship.
• Manage shop tooling, equipment, and technician training certifications; oversee inventory of shop supplies.
