Qualifications

• Ability to prepare and maintain shipping documentation and regulatory filings.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for tracking shipments.
• Strong communication and collaboration with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Understanding of hazardous materials and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare domestic and export shipping documents (BOLs, COAs, SDS, labels).
• Coordinate customer pickups, carrier appointments, 3PL activities and scheduling.
• Maintain shipment and inventory data in SAP and other systems.
• Resolve discrepancies with internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
