Job summary

Arxada, a global leader in innovative solutions, seeks a Lead Shipping Specialist in Mapleton, IL to coordinate domestic and international shipments, manage documentation, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail with shipping documentation accuracy.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing or manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to follow hazardous material and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain domestic and export shipping documentation.
• Coordinate customer pickups, carrier appointments, and 3PL activities.
• Maintain shipment and inventory data in SAP and other systems.
• Resolve discrepancies with internal teams and partners.
• Support compliance for hazardous materials and related logistics.
• Coordinate daily domestic and international shipments.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Regulatory, EHS, and carriers to improve logistics.
