MVA Industrial Supply is seeking a dependable Lead Shipping Associate to manage daily shipping and receiving operations at our Wheat Ridge facility. This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive approach to ensure shipments are accurate, on time, and efficiently handled.

The role focuses on coordinating shipping activities, maintaining carrier relationships, and mentoring warehouse staff to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years shipping/receiving experience.
• Experience with QuickShip or UPS Ship Manager.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Process shipments using QuickShip and UPS Ship Manager; generate labels and track deliveries.
• Verify outbound shipments against packing lists and POs for accuracy.
• Receive inbound shipments and update inventory records.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on shipping procedures and systems.
