Job summary

U.S. Pacific Fleet is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead a diverse team of civilians, military personnel, and contractors in underwater ship husbandry and waterfront repair programs. The role emphasizes technical oversight, repair planning, and rigorous safety practices on Navy vessels.

The position requires coordinating manpower, tracking progress, and producing reports to support timely ship readiness and mission success across multiple ships and operations.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Manage dive-team resources by coordinating work acceptance, repair planning, quality assurance, and milestone tracking to execute Underwater Ship Husbandry (UWSH) repairs for Navy vessels.
