Job summary

7Brew Coffee is seeking a Senior Shift Lead to support daily stand operations, develop team members, and assist the Stand Manager with administrative duties. The role requires leadership across shifts, hands-on coaching, and ensuring consistent training for Brewistas.

Expected Hours: 35–40 hours per week. Compensation up to $26.50 per hour, inclusive of tips. The Senior Shift Lead will rotate through positions to maintain proficiency and uphold guest experience and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hospitality experience in a leadership role.
• Experience training, coaching, and motivating team members.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Experience using scheduling tools, labor management, and operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and maintain guest service and operational standards.
• Rotate through all shift positions to remain proficient.
• Conduct first-round interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
• Train Brewistas through hands-on, on-shift coaching and onboarding.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
