Dunkin' is seeking an experienced Shift Leader to help lead our growing Dunkin' locations. You will cultivate a 5-star team environment, recruit, train, coach, and counsel team members, and communicate expectations while upholding standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• One or more years shift management experience.
• Open/ flexible work availability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own shift in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good with problem solving and decision making.
