Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring ongoing interaction with customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations to ensure quality beverages and food.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members.
