Qualifications

• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees and coordinating their work.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customer-specific modifications.
• Coach and coordinate team tasks to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Maintain store policies, safety, and security with or without accommodations.
