Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of chiller/boiler operation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics and work with maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of building management systems and utility software is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations and supervise Central Plant staff.
• Operate boilers and chillers and maintain cooling towers safely and efficiently.
• Read blueprints/electrical schematics and act on maintenance needs.
• Perform routine water testing and interpret results accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
