The role directs incident escalation, coaches Supervisors and crew, and drives performance and continuous improvement. Strong leadership, communication, and safety awareness are essential in a production/warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with feedback and performance management.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and operational systems.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 30 pounds.
• Comfortable in a production/warehouse environment with varying temps, dust, allergens, loud noise.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime.
• Safety-sensitive role with pre-employment and ongoing drug testing.
• Attendance standards must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Convert daily plan into shift-level labor and sequencing across rooms.
• Lead start-of-shift huddles; communicate targets and risks.
• Monitor shift-level attainment and direct recovery plans.
• Coach Supervisors and crew leads; ensure training records are up to date.
• Oversee incident investigations and root-cause analysis; ensure timely closure.
• Enforce safety, GMP, allergen controls; document holds and line clearance.
• Inspect materials/equipment; arrange repairs and escalation to maintenance.
• Coordinate inter-department work to remove bottlenecks and waste.
