You will ensure safe, efficient operations, meet overnight goals, and coordinate both production and sanitation teams with minimal onsite leadership. The role requires strong decision‑making, HACCP/GMP knowledge, and the ability to guide shift handovers to 1st‑shift Production, QA, and Maintenance.

Qualifications

• Leadership required to direct 3rd‑shift production and sanitation teams.
• Decision‑making under minimal onsite supervision.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOPs, FDA requirements and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support 3rd‑shift production staff to meet output, quality, and safety targets.
• Lead sanitation crews in full cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and areas.
• Enforce OSHA and food-safety policies during overnight operations.
• Deliver coaching and shift‑handover communication to 1st‑shift teams.
