Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead team members on assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, speed, cleanliness and safety. You’ll coach in the moment, solve problems, and keep the team focused, motivated, and accountable as you report to the RGM/AM.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants or fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback, supporting development, and keeping everyone energized during the shift.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan, upholding BK standards, directing workflow, and stepping in wherever needed.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, helping manage inventory, and receiving truck orders.
