Job summary

Carrols Corporation is hiring Burger King hourly Shift Coordinator in Lewiston, AL. You will lead team members during your assigned shifts, ensure food quality, speed, cleanliness, and safety, and coach in the moment to keep service levels high.

Under the guidance of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, you’ll own shift execution, follow BK standards, and drive results through clear communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests.
• Leadership experience or potential to coach and motivate a team.
• Commitment to BK standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Coach and motivate crew, provide feedback, and maintain shift energy.
• Lead shift operations and execute the shift plan while upholding BK standards.
• Support profitability through cash controls, inventory tracking, and receiving orders.
