You’ll work under store leadership to execute the shift plan and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Guide team members to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain cleanliness.
• Coach and motivate crew, provide on-shift feedback, and keep the team energized.
• Lead shift execution, follow standards, manage workflow, and step in as needed.
• Support profitability by following cash controls and assisting with inventory.
