Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Experience in fast-paced environments (restaurants, retail, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew with feedback and development, keeping energy high during shifts.
• Lead shift operations by following the shift plan, BK standards, and directing workflow.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures and helping manage inventory and truck orders.
