Burger King is looking for an Hourly Shift Coordinator in Sellersburg, IN. You will lead team members during assigned shifts to ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety while coaching in the moment and solving problems efficiently.

Under supervision of the RGM and AM, you’ll own shift execution, communicate clearly, and drive results through leadership by example. This is an entry-level leadership pathway with growth potential.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• A people-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team to offer fast, friendly service and maintain a clean environment.
