Job summary

Mountain Manufacturing, LLC is seeking an experienced sheet metal programmer/operator to take ownership of the sheet metal side of the business. You will program, set up, produce, plan and ensure quality from start to finish.

This role offers real ownership with no layers of management and close collaboration with the owners in a ISO 13485:2016 certified environment. You will shape processes, drive efficiency, and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on sheet metal fabrication experience.
• Ability to program, set up, and operate a turret punch and press brake, with Amada experience preferred.
• SolidWorks skills, especially sheet metal modeling and flat patterns.
• STRIKER experience; other CAM/Nesting packages are trainable.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T basics.
• Documentation habit and compliance with a quality system.
• Self-directed with ability to manage multiple jobs to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Program and run core sheet metal equipment.
• Operate Amada AE 2510 NT turret punch.
• Operate Amada FM-B 3613 G NT electric press brake.
• Run IPG fiber laser for applicable parts.
• Model parts and build flat patterns in SolidWorks.
• Nest and program parts in STRIKER CAD/CAM.
• Plan and schedule jobs from print to finished part.
• Follow ISO 13485 procedures and maintain production records.
• Collaborate with ownership on quoting input and process direction.
