Doswell Operating Group is seeking a Sheet Metal Mechanic in Richmond, VA to join our Special Projects team. You will be responsible for installing sheet metal and duct work, overseeing a crew, and training apprentices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial sheet metal work is preferred.
• Some technical experience or technical school is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Install all sheet metal and duct work.
• Oversee a three‑man crew productively.
• Train apprentices and helpers.
