Legacy Heating & Cooling in Moscow, ID seeks a Lead Sheet Metal Installer to oversee major commercial ductwork projects. This full-time position offers a 4-day work week option and flexible scheduling.

The role focuses on leadership, on-site coordination, and delivering high-quality ductwork installations from start to finish. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of ductwork experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sheet metal and/or commercial ductwork installation.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC ductwork installation and fabrication.
• Proven ability to lead others and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, and installation requirements.
• Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record.
• EPA certification is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professional workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial HVAC ductwork installation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and oversee daily job progress.
• Maintain high standards for workmanship, quality, and efficiency.
• Install commercial HVAC ductwork and related equipment.
• Provide direction, support, and mentorship to installation team members.
• Help ensure projects stay on schedule and meet project requirements.
• Follow and promote all jobsite safety procedures and standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and project leadership.
• Identify and address installation issues to keep projects moving efficiently.
