Job summary

Legacy Heating & Cooling is seeking dependable Sheet Metal Apprentices for a large commercial project in Moscow, ID. You’ll assist with installing ductwork and HVAC components, learning from experienced professionals and gaining hands-on trade knowledge.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sheet metal experience in HVAC.
• HVAC trade school completion certificate is preferred.
• Previous construction, mechanical, or skilled-trade experience is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn; dependable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Help install ductwork, refrigerant lines, and other HVAC components.
• Assist lead installers with daily work and jobsite preparation.
• Safely use tools and equipment under the direction of experienced team members.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company safety procedures and jobsite requirements.
• Work cooperatively with installers, technicians, supervisors, and customers.
• Communicate professionally and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Take direction, ask questions, and actively learn new HVAC skills.
