Job summary

Noblesoft Technologies Inc. seeks a SharePoint Migration Program Lead / Architect to own end-to-end migration delivery, governance, discovery, and architecture for consolidating content into ProjectWise. You will orchestrate waves, cutover strategy, and stakeholder coordination.

The role requires hands-on migration design, metadata mapping, and version-history preservation with a focus on enterprise-grade governance and escalation leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years leading IT program or delivery management with large SharePoint migrations.
PMP/Agile delivery certification preferred.
Experience with governance, RAID, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end migration program plan, including discovery, design, build, waves, cutover, and sign-off gates.
Lead SharePoint discovery across source sites, permissions, metadata, and version history.
Define source-to-target mappings from SharePoint metadata into ProjectWise properties.
Coordinate with HCLTech team, customer admins, SAP/OUWM stakeholders, and validation teams.
Manage RAID log, schedule, dependency tracking, change control, and status reporting.
Plan live cutover with no-freeze constraints and incremental migration.
