Job summary

Synechron seeks a highly experienced Lead ServiceNow SPM Developer to lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow SPM solutions. You will configure modules such as Demand Management, PPM, and Resource Management, and drive governance across portfolios.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of ServiceNow development and deep SPM expertise, with strong JS, REST/SOAP integrations, and a track record of stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow SPM.
• Expertise in: Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Agile Development, Strategic Planning.
• Strong ServiceNow development experience using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, and data modeling.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Preferred: experience integrating ServiceNow with Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and Workday.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
• Knowledge of App Engine Studio and Automation Engine.

Our challenge

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead ServiceNow SPM Developer to lead the implementation, customization, and enhancement of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow SPM modules, platform development, integrations, workflow automation, and project portfolio governance.

Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $130k - $135k/year & benefits (see below).
