Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, ACLs, Notifications, Workflows/Flow Designer, Service Portal.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
• Good understanding of CMDB and ITOM.
• Experience with ServiceNow development lifecycle and deployment processes.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Work with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Portal, and custom applications.
• Develop and maintain workflows and Flow Designer automations.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow forms, tables, fields, notifications, and reports.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
• Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, and deployment.
• Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Support upgrades, patches, releases, and production issues.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
