Innova Solutions is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer for a 12-month contract in Charlotte, NC. You will lead the design, development, and rollout of IRM modules, acting as the technical authority for enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

You will mentor junior engineers, oversee upgrades, and ensure secure, compliant workflows across Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Technology teams. The ideal candidate holds ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications, hands-on IRM experience, and strong scripting

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM modules (Risk, Issues, Audit, Policy & Compliance).
• Act as the technical authority for ServiceNow IRM solutions across Technology Controls.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Technology stakeholders to translate control requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide oversight on platform architecture, integrations, and data models to align with enterprise standards.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers; perform code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Manage ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and enhancements with minimal business disruption.
• Ensure proper configuration, customization, and workflow automation while minimizing technical debt.
• Support regulatory exams, internal audits, and risk assessments with ServiceNow reporting and insights.
• Enforce security, access controls, and SDLC governance requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and platform teams across Client.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Lead ServiceNow Developer. Position type: Contract Duration: 12 months contract Location: Charlotte, NC

As a Lead ServiceNow Developer you will:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM modules, including Risk, Issues, Audit, and Policy & Compliance.
• Act as the technical authority for ServiceNow IRM solutions across the Technology Controls organization.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Technology stakeholders to translate control requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Hands on Experience in ServiceNow development and engineering experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Module (IRM).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes).
• Experience designing workflows, flows, integrations (REST/SOAP), and notifications.
• Proven experience working in large, complex, regulated enterprise environments.
• Understanding of technology controls, operational risk, audit, and compliance concepts.

Pay Range*: $65 - $70 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
