Whaley Foodservice, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain, service, and repair commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration across the Southeast. This role offers on-call responsibilities, a company vehicle, mobile device, uniforms, and opportunities for industry certification.

Three years of hands-on experience in kitchen repair or refrigeration is required, along with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that aligns with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for parts orders and repairs with branch support and customer.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms are in Whaley standards of safety.
• Meets on-call requirements.
