Evergreen Talent Partners seeks a Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician in San Antonio, TX. You will be the go-to technical resource for major accounts, diagnosing and servicing complex commercial HVAC equipment, and leading field technicians.

Qualifications

LEAD COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN – SAN ANTONIO, TX

$80K–$130K+Base | Overtime | Full Benefits | Company Vehicle

A well-established and highly respected commercial HVAC manufacturer’s representative and service organization is looking to add a Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician to their growing San Antonio team.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the lead service technician throughout the San Antonio market
• Act as the primary technician for key accounts and complex commercial HVAC service calls
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service commercial HVAC equipment
• Work directly with customers, facility teams, contractors, and engineering groups
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to other technicians
• Assist with troubleshooting and difficult technical situations in the field
• Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Help ensure customers receive a high level of technical service and support
• Represent the company professionally while building long-term customer relationships

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Experience working on complex commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to confidently handle difficult service calls independently
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Previous experience mentoring, training, or leading other technicians
• EPA Universal certification preferred/required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience with a major HVAC service contractor, manufacturer, or OEM is highly preferred
• $80K–$110K+ base salary, depending on experience
