Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Experience with complex commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to lead and mentor technicians.
• EPA Universal certification preferred/required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead service technician across the San Antonio market.
• Diagnose, repair, and service commercial HVAC equipment.
• Mentor and train other technicians on complex calls.
• Document service reports and maintain records.
• Collaborate with customers, facility teams, and contractors.
• Maintain professional representation with customers.
