Location: Durham, NC

Hours:

• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Overtime, if needed

What You Bring to the Table:

• Carpentry, siding, window, and door installation experience — you’ve done real work with real tools.
• Comfortable working solo or with a tight crew.
• A self-starter mindset — you don’t need to be told what’s next.
• Solid with hand tools, chop saws, drills — you know your way around a job site.
• Safe, dependable, and organized — no cutting corners.
• Good with tech — tablets, mobile apps, digital forms, and more.
• Able to read a tape measure, do basic math, and figure out rates and percentages without a calculator meltdown.
• Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and drug-free.
• Capable of hauling gear — lifting 75 lbs and moving it 50 feet without flinching.
• Can pull a trailer and maneuver it like a pro.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders.
• Report to our Durham shop each morning — reliability is key.

Nice-to-Haves but Not Required:

• Experience with screened enclosures, screen rooms, or pool cages.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Military service background.
