Job summary

Masters Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking qualified service technicians for immediate openings at our Indianapolis location. This full-time role offers competitive pay, bonus incentives, and opportunities for career growth as part of a skilled HVAC team.

You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, and provide excellent customer service while keeping detailed installation and service records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as HVAC Technician or similar role.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with air conditioning units, heat pumps, furnaces, geos, and other HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues.
• Collaborate with team members to complete services and repairs efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions.
• Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance performed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Must be available for on call and overtime and weekends during peak seasons.
