Job summary

Masters Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking qualified service technicians for immediate openings at our Indianapolis location. This full-time role offers competitive pay, bonus incentives, 401K matching, PTO, paid holidays, commissions and more perks.

You’ll perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure quality service with a strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as HVAC technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems.
• EPA certification required; valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues.
• Collaborate with team members to complete services and repairs efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions.
• Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance performed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Must be available for on call, overtime and weekends during peak seasons.
