Hope Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential systems in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. You will perform maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment, educate customers on options, and present maintenance plans.

The role requires strong communication and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong HVAC diagnostics, airflow, refrigeration, and electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
• EPA Certification required.
• Familiarity with local HVAC codes and best practices.
• Experience in customer-facing service work.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and testing on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment.
• Navigate crawlspaces and attics as needed.
• Educate customers and provide repair and replacement options.
• Present financing and maintenance plan options.
• Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
• Meet and exceed service and revenue goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and generates referrals.
• Partner with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure success.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site.
• Participate in training, meetings, and company events.
• Mentor and train apprentices.
• Complete invoices, timecards, and documentation accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

• Three (3)+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, airflow, refrigeration principles, and electrical troubleshooting.
• EPA Certification required.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and industry best practices.
• Experience performing repairs, maintenance, and customer-facing service work.
