Description

Air Masters is a well-established commercial HVAC company seeking an experienced Sr. VRF Technician. We service Southeastern MA and RI. Our company handles the servicing, installation, and maintenance of all makes and models of HVAC equipment. The role primarily involves service work, with additional responsibilities including the installation of RTUs, Heat Pumps, and VRF systems. Compensation will depend on experience and certifications. The position involves a significant amount of prevailing wage work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC system installation experience
• Motivated and passionate about working in the HVAC industry
• Journeyman refrigeration license in MA or RI
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• EPA universal certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Possession of hand tools
• Good communication skills
• High school diploma
• Skills in controls installation and troubleshooting or willingness to learn
• Refrigeration certification in MA or RI preferred
