Air Masters Lead Service Technician

Air Masters is a well‑established commercial HVAC company looking for an experienced Lead Service Technician. We service Southeast MA and RI, handling all makes and models of HVAC equipment. This position focuses on service for Mitsubishi & Daikin VRF & ASHP, various RTUs, cooling towers, boilers, and VAV systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Minimum 3 years commercial HVAC service experience.
• Minimum 3 years HVAC system installation experience.
• Motivation to work in the HVAC industry.
• Journeyman refrigeration license in either MA or RI.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• EPA Universal certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must possess hand tools.
• High school diploma.
• Skills in controls installation and troubleshooting or willingness to learn.
• MA or RI Refrigeration certification (Preferred).

This position requires working both inside and outside. Employees may be subject to loud noises and hot and cold temperatures on job sites.

Position Type and Hours

Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Travel

Daily travel throughout MA and RI.

Physical Demands

• Lifting up to and over 75 lbs., vertically and horizontally.
• Crawl, stoop, stand, reach, bend to perform work.
• Ascend and descend ladders, stairways using hands and feet.
• Drive a company vehicle and walk around job sites.
• Read, computer input, typing, answering the phone.
• Clarity of vision both over 20 feet and under 20 inches.
• Judge depth, field of vision, distinguish colors.
• Adjust eye focus.
• Work outdoors and in dusty environments.
