Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Lead Service Tech to uphold safety standards, oversee the Get Ready workflow, and supervise refurbishment of all products. You will ensure materials, tools, and PPE are available while maintaining high-quality workmanship and cost-conscious practices.

You will perform repairs across modular components, manage inventory, and coordinate with the branch team. Strong communication, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and welding familiarity are required to meet first-time

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience.
• Ability to delegate tasks to keep production on track.
• Good communication skills and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, health, and environmental practices in daily operations.
• Ensure trailers are ready for delivery with high first-time quality within accuracy targets.
• Perform repairs across framing, carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, and related finish work.
• Maintain inventory levels of tools and materials required for daily tasks.
• Coordinate yard inspections and determine repair scope for customer invoicing.
• Create floor plan drawings and relocate fleet units as needed.
• Delegate daily tasks and update production boards; support quick resolutions with supervisors.
