Job summary

JF Petroleum Group in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Service Operations Specialist to coordinate the deployment of technicians to customer work orders, collaborating with the Service Manager and Lead Technicians to deliver high-quality service on schedule.

You will interface with National Service Accounts, Supply Chain, CCC, and Service Billing, monitor SLA and KPIs, and help ensure accurate work orders and timely responses. Prior petroleum service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Proficient in ServiceMax and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Team player able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Petroleum service experience preferred.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR if driving.

Responsibilities

• Review branch workload and assign work orders to technicians based on priority and skills.
• Monitor weather and road conditions to inform customers of potential delays.
• Communicate SLA deviations and coordinate site surveys with project teams.
• Ensure technicians check in/out of customer portals and maintain accurate billing data.
• Support subcontractor deployment and ensure timely WO closures.
