Job summary

Earthtone Construction in Sebastopol, CA, is seeking a Lead Service & Maintenance Technician. This full-time role requires directing a two-person crew, hands-on field leadership, and delivering high-quality workmanship for luxury residential and multi-family properties.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction, facilities, or building maintenance.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a two-person Service & Maintenance crew.
• Work hands-on in the field while ensuring projects meet Earthtone's standards.
• Plan and assign daily work, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Visit job sites, assess scope, and ensure repairs meet standards.
• Manage materials, schedules, and subcontractors with precision.
• Prepare estimates and proposals for new and recurring work.
