Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Service Integration Engineer or similar role.
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience.
• Solid understanding of API management and REST-based services.
• Background in Kotlin (Java acceptable as alternative).
• Experience with distributed data sources and complex system landscapes.
• Proven expertise in SaaS platform integrations, notably ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• Strong monitoring/observability skills (Grafana/Prometheus).
• Ability to work independently and structure complex environments efficiently.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement service integrations across hybrid environments (cloud and on-premise).
• Improve data integration and flow between distributed systems.
• Work with API management solutions and REST-based services (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Integrate and align process management tools to enhance system efficiency.
