Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Service Integration Engineer or similar role.
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience.
• Solid understanding of API management and REST-based services.
• Background in Kotlin (Java acceptable as alternative).
• Experience with distributed data sources and complex system landscapes.
• Proven expertise in SaaS platform integrations, notably ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• Strong monitoring/observability skills (Grafana/Prometheus).
• Ability to work independently and structure complex environments efficiently.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+).

We are seeking a Lead Service Integration Engineer for a long-term assignment (minimum 12 months) focused on Service Vendor Integration within the Store and Supply Chain domain. This is a leadership role requiring a seasoned professional who can take ownership of designing and executing complex integration projects while guiding cross-functional teams. Operating within a hybrid cloud and on-premise environment, you will play a critical role in transforming a fragmented IT landscape by driving end-to-end system integration, improving data flow, and increasing visibility and control.
