Cowley’s is seeking a foreman to lead a team of service installers across multiple job sites. The ideal candidate has a solid carpentry background and a commitment to customer service, professionalism, and safety compliance.

You will own team performance and directly influence project quality and client satisfaction. You will manage up to six installers, perform quality checks, and adapt to project needs while following company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews up to 6 installers
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to follow company policies and maintain high standards
• Valid driver’s license with clean record

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise service installers on various job sites
• Perform quality control checks and ensure adherence to safety standards
• Oversee mold treatment, crawlspace encapsulations, attic insulation, and structural repairs
• Calculate basic metrics related to sales and service activities
• Maintain professionalism and customer service excellence during projects
