Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief to join the leadership team at the University City service center. You will work closely with the General Manager to guide the crew, boost guest satisfaction, and drive sales. Training opportunities and career growth are emphasized as you take on increasing responsibilities.

The role focuses on directing daily operations, coaching teammates, controlling inventory, and supporting budgeting and forecasting efforts to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years in retail management.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives and drive sales/service results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the crew under the General Manager to drive revenue growth.
• Manage daily operations, inventory, cash handling, and guest issues.
• Conduct daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable service center per standards.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to automotive technicians and CSAs.
