Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is hiring a Crew Chief in Philadelphia, PA. You will work directly with the General Manager to lead the crew, drive revenue growth, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The role focuses on coaching, training, and maintaining strong service standards in a fast-paced retail environment. You will participate in budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control while fostering team engagement and safety.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Is a proven leader that possesses the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to guide the crew and boost sales.
• Coach and mentor teammates through internal training programs.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, guest issues, and store operations.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to drive business goals.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
