Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist Store Associates with daily tasks.
• Help customers with shopping and transactions.
• Manage merchandising tasks according to plan-o-gram.
• Perform receiving and stocking procedures properly.
• Count and reconcile cash register drawers.
• Prepare deposits and handle bank orders.
• Inspect and rotate store inventory per schedule.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Create monthly schedules and assign tasks efficiently.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service, preferably in a supervisory role.
