Day-in-the-Life of a Lead Service Associate:

  • Supervise and assist Store Associates with daily operational tasks.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and transactions.
  • Manage merchandising tasks via plan-o-gram.
  • Perform receiving and stocking procedures properly.
  • Count and reconcile cash register drawers.
  • Prepare deposits and order change from the bank.
  • Inspect, remove, or rotate store inventory according to the Product Freshness Review Schedule.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
  • Design monthly work schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service, preferably in a supervisory role.
