Day-in-the-Life Of a Lead Service Associate

• Supervise and assist Store Associates with daily tasks.
• Help customers with shopping needs and transactions.
• Manage merchandising tasks via plan-o-gram.
• Perform receiving and stocking procedures.
• Count and reconcile cash register drawers.
• Prepare deposits and order change from the bank.
• Inspect, remove, or rotate store inventory according to schedule.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Design monthly work schedules to ensure efficient workflow.

Education and Experience

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service, preferably in a supervisory role.
