Job summary

Evans Tire & Service Centers in California is seeking an Assistant Manager/Service Advisor to promote services and products while upholding store standards. The role combines sales with vehicle service guidance and customer advocacy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Possess current, valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; reference service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations from technicians.
• Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and time for approved services.
• Follow proper checkout procedures and explain warranties.
• Conduct post-repair follow-ups to ensure satisfaction; track returns and warranty parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
