Job summary

Ramona Tire & Service Centers in Southern California seeks an Assistant Manager/Service Advisor to drive sales and promote services while upholding store standards. You will greet customers, document concerns, provide quotes, and keep customers informed throughout repairs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday’s.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and reference service history.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations from technicians.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and time estimates and update customers regularly.
• Cashing out tickets with proper inspections and warranty explanations.
• Conduct post-repair follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Track new returns, core returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
